the primary dynamic is the dynamic of the gunas, the fundamental manifestation of the energy of consciousness (prakriti) The matrix of manifestation has different layers or levels of subtlety: from the coarse realm of apparent objects to the root dimension (alinga) of consciousness-in movement (citishakti). The most subtle differentiable level is that of the primarydynamic composed of the three fundamental energetic tendencies (gunas): luminance, dynamism and stability. These three tendencies underpin all other more differentiated energetic and perceptible tendencies and qualities, such as the five elements and the five senses.

luminance is sattva and implies, illumination, integrity, awareness and at its heart has a blissful quality

dynamism is rajas and implies movement, change, energy and at its heart has an ecstatic quality

stability is tamas and implies continuity, inertia, stillness and at its heart has a delightful quality

none of these tendencies, or qualities are inherently good or bad, beneficial or harmful, but when employed within a dualistic sytem of rights and wrongs they can be abused accordingly.

the gunas and their activity are an externalisation of the activity of the mind. the projections of the mind are an internalisation of the activity of the gunas. manifestation has four levels, the seedprinciple or potentialmatrix of energetic potentiality, the dynamicmatrix of energetic interplay, subtlematrix of energetic patterning, the phenomenalmatrix of objects. the mind also has these four levels, (nirvicara=alinga, vicara=linga, nirvitarka=avisesa, vitarka=visesa) mind and matter are not separate. manifestation is of consciousness. matter is the a movement, projection, of the mind. all specific manifestation is a projection on the gunas that through the process of identification it upholds causes the conflicts of bhoga or samsara.

prakriti and the Self exist within a mutual mirroring, whereby the one reflects, supports, defines and thereby generates the other, and as such are the fundamentals of the dualistic expression of inherently nondual consciosunessenergy.
