39. when projection diminishes to a crystalline saturation subject, object and action interpenetrate

71. commitment gives detachment, independence, integrity, joy, focus, freedom and self knowledge

72. contentment generates peace of mind

73. passion purifies the bodymind of restrictions

74.selflenquiry reveals choicelessness

75.selflessness gives the highest realisation

76. joyful steadiness in the absence of tension is asana

77. manifesting the inifinte beyond somatic duality is asana

78. exhaustive interpenetration of inhalation, exhalation and transition is pranayama

79. inhalation, exhalation and transition become unhindered and subtle in pranayama

80. pranayama transcends the duality of the breath

81. pranayama uncovers the inner light and initiates the mind into meditation

82. the senses releasing their objects and losing power over the mind is pratyahara
